Admin and Traffic Manager (5 days, Immediate)
SGD 2000 - 2500
(Singapore - West)

Responsibilities:

 

Liaison with workshop and customers on goods delivery

 

 

Arrange delivery schedule to customers’ premises

 

Daily closing of cash register accounts

 

Coordination with customers ( mainly expats)

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in West.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Must be familiar with Excel)
• Must be committed and able to commence work immediately
• Possess positive working attitude
• Nationality: Singaporeans / SPRs / Malaysians / Foreigners are welcome to apply
• Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently and eloquently as the job require liaising with English and Mandarin speaking customers
• Good English skills, methodical and understand basic accounting
• Good customer service skills and attitude are essential

Other Information:

 

 

5 days week – off on Sunday and another weekday.

 

Public holidays off. If need to work, will be double pay.
