KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage the Purchasing Dept and to ensure purchasing of local and imported raw material, including general goods which are needed by other Depts in accordance with Business Unit Guidelines and the policies of company
• To communicate and and corresponding with suppliers to discuss market trends, pricing, negotiating on all raw materials and supplies
• To calculate of raw material needed base on budget that inputted in MRP and arrange the delivery schedule for both import and local raw materials to meet the requirement of production
• Familiar with import procedure and regulation
• To participate proactively in the local management team & make synergy
• Raw materials budgetting, forecasting & costing base on MRP

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maximum age of 40 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university is prerequisite, majoring in marketing, management, finance or engineering is preferred
• Willingness to accept regular traveling, both domestic & overseas
• Familiar with all windows program
• Proficient in English communication skills, both oral and written, including preparing management reports
• Attractive, energetic, self confident, strong analytical problem solving skills and exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated academic excellence, business analysis and leadership ability.
