Summary:

• Effectively manage the activities of the quality control process to ensure the achievement of compliance standards and meet business and customer expectations
• Ensure purchased materials and packaging are tested using registered methods and specifications
• Create and validate quality standards, procedures, and product specifications
• Develop and analyze data to determine present standards, trends and reliability of finished product
• Analyze and evaluate issues that are related to quality
• Provide leadership, strategies, and contribution to the team and continuous improvement
• Handle and supervise quality management system
• Familiar with manufacturing system, ISO 14001:2014, OHSAS 18001:2007

Requirement:

• Any major bachelor degree from reputable university (chemical background will be in advantage)
• Having 5 years experience as QA Head / Manager especially in agro chemical, plastic or filling
• Strong knowledge and experience in problem solving and quality improvement tools
• Strong  teamwork, leadership, communication & negotiation skills
• Capability in working under pressure and managing multiple task
• Proficient in English
• Based in Gunung Putri
