As an account manager, you will be:

• Represent us as a sales & marketing leader for Indonesia. Hence, you will be the main interface towards our potential/candidate/existing clients/customers; 
• Expected to work together in a team to establish good coordination with aim to business goal, i.e.: Managing budget-to-profit, etc.;
• Responsible to meet countrywide sales target;
• Expected to define & or negotiate service supply contract with the customers; and
• Establishing high quality product/service delivery standards to customer needs.

Hence, we may require the following from you:

• Minimum educational background: Diploma (D3);
• Two-years specific experience in telecommunication business;
• Possess good business knowledge - particularly to Indonesia's telecommunication service provider/operator market requirements;
• Proven record of leadership in a relatively large operational organization(s) - particularly in motivating people;
• Proven record of consultative skills;
• Proven record of negotiation experience;
• Possess capability to effective communication & presentation - particularly on executive level;
• Write & speak fluent English;
• Flexible & responsive to fast-changing work pattern(s), demand(s) & environment(s);
• High-consciousness to own responsibility(s);
• Performance-driven;
• Customer-oriented; and
• Possess good financial knowledge.
