• Strong market and product knowledge in the IT industry, services, and E-commerce
• Ability to determine the sales direction and target quota, to build and lead the sales team to achieve this committed target quota
• Strong leadership and track record in generating / closing sales project
• Ability to work under pressure and to work independently with limited guidance
• Capacity to manage effectively day-to-day diverse business operations and staffs
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Exceptional Communicator, Self-motivated, Team Player, Responsible & Hardworking person
• Fluency in English and having own vehicle would be an advantage
• Bonus and Commission package and Profit Sharing for high achiever
