JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Formulation and reverse engineering of a variety of color cosmetics
• Meeting with and sourcing suitable raw materials from various suppliers for new product development
• Using a variety of lab equipment to create and stability test multiple versions of new products
• Scale up of approved formulations up to production volume
• Setting product specifications and production procedures
• Supervision of pilot and initial production batches
• Liaise continually with the COO and CEO to ensure maintenance of development schedule
• Maintenance of GMP and GLP
• Be ready to complete a variety of different tasks as urgency dictates

 

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

• Age: 28-35
• Gender: Male
• Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering Major
• Language: Fluent English both in oral and written
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as R&D Staff in Cosmetic field
